  • Do you provide beverages?

    Beverages are available for an additional fee.

  • Do you provide plates, cups, cutlery, etc?

    We provide you with all the necessary items such as plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for an additional fee.

  • What type of equipment do you use and will you pick it up?

    We use reusable serving ware. We are environmentally friendly, therefore do not use disposable platters. We will coordinate a pick-up time convenient for both parties to collect serving ware. Any items not returned are subject to a replacement fee.

  • How does billing work?

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    All orders require a 72-hour advance cancellation notice from the time of delivery or the bill will be charged in full. On all events over $1500 if the party is cancelled after the date is booked (the proposal is accepted and a date is reserved) there is a 20% cancellation fee plus any costs incurred and the difference will be refunded accordingly. If the order is cancelled within 72 hours of the event, payment is due in full.

  • How do you order?

    Call us at 650-465-7680 to discuss your event and hear about our menu suggestions. You can also e-mail us your request through our contact page.  

  • Do you have a minimum order requirement?

    There is a 10 person minimum for all catering orders.  

  • When can I expect the food to arrive?

    We will arrive at least 30 minutes before the meeting begins and set-up the catering for your event.  

  • When do you deliver?

    We offer delivery services everyday of the week.  

  • What is your delivery zone?

    Sinbad Specialty Foods delivers to the following counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara.
